Physicians are experts who perform medical applications. They focus on improving a person's appearance using non-surgical techniques.

Physicians usually evaluate the person's goals and determine the appropriate treatment plan. However, such procedures should be performed by a qualified healthcare professional as they may have any health risks and side effects. The educational background, experience and certifications of the attending physician should be taken into consideration. Before and after any procedure, it is important that the person is fully informed and follows the doctor's recommendations.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a medical treatment method in which therapeutic substances (usually drugs, vitamins, minerals and amino acids) are injected through direct injections into the skin and subcutaneous tissues. This technique was developed by French doctor Michel Pistor in the late 1950s.

Mesotherapy is generally used for aesthetic purposes, but can also be applied to treat some medical conditions. Aesthetic mesotherapy is generally used for purposes such as skin rejuvenation, cellulite reduction, and hair loss prevention or treatment.

The mesotherapy procedure usually includes these steps:

Preparation: The treatment area is cleaned and numbing cream can be applied.

Injections: Using a fine needle, therapeutic substances are injected subcutaneously or into the deep layers of the skin. Injections are given in a specific pattern and intensity, which may vary depending on the condition to be treated.

Final procedures: After the mesotherapy process is completed, the skin is usually cooled or rested for a certain period of time.

Mesotherapy is usually administered as a series of sessions, and results often vary depending on the severity of the condition being treated and the treatment protocol. There may be minimal discomfort and side effects during the procedure, but they are usually mild and temporary. These may include redness, swelling, mild pain or tenderness.

Although studies on the effectiveness and reliability of mesotherapy have shown positive results in some cases, there are also findings that it does not provide a significant benefit in some cases. In all cases, it is important to consult a healthcare professional before applying mesotherapy.

Ozone Therapy

Ozone therapy is a treatment method in which medical ozone (O3) is used for therapeutic purposes. Ozone is a triatomic form of oxygen (O2) normally in the atmosphere. Medical ozone is obtained by combining pure oxygen gas with ozone, specifically using an ozone generator.

Medical use of ozone has been proposed to treat a variety of health conditions. These include infections, problems with oxygen metabolism, circulatory disorders, inflammation and some chronic diseases. Ozone therapy can be applied in many different ways:

**Ozone Autohemotherapy: ** A small amount of blood is taken, mixed with ozone and injected back into the body.

**Rectal Ozone: ** Ozone is given rectally.

**Ozone Sauna: ** In this method, the patient sits in a cabin and breathes ozone-enriched steam.

**Ozone Injection: ** Ozone is injected directly into the problematic area.

**Ozone Wax: ** Ozone is applied to the skin with wax.

**Ozone Mouthwash: ** Ozonated water is used to improve oral hygiene and treat gum diseases.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is a treatment method based on traditional Chinese medicine. This treatment involves placing thin needles at specific points on the body. According to traditional Chinese medicine, it is thought that diseases can be treated by balancing the flow of energy in the body. This flow of energy is called "qi" or "chi" and is believed to circulate along meridians in the body.

Acupuncture can be used to treat many different health problems. For example, it can be used for pain management, chronic pain conditions such as migraines, headaches, lower back pain, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, stress and anxiety management, treating insomnia, digestive problems, alleviating allergy symptoms, and many other conditions.

Acupuncture practitioners believe that needles placed at specific points on the body promote healing in the body by regulating the flow of energy. Modern medicine suggests various mechanisms to explain the effects of acupuncture, but exactly how it works is not fully understood. Some theories suggest that acupuncture works by increasing the release of pain-relieving chemicals in the body or by altering nerve conduction.

Acupuncture is generally considered safe, but must be performed by a trained and licensed healthcare professional. It is important to use sterile needles during application and a specific treatment plan should be created for each patient.

CUP / CUPPING TREATMENTS

Cupping therapy is the Arabic name for cupping therapy, which is a traditional treatment method. This treatment method is performed by applying vacuum cups (cups) placed on the skin surface to certain points. Cups are usually made of glass or plastic that is heated by fire to create a vacuum on the skin. When the heated cup is placed on the skin, it creates a vacuum, drawing blood under the skin and creating a localized hemorrhage or minor bruising and bleeding called "pulling with cups."

In traditional medicine, cupping aims to remove toxins from the body by increasing blood circulation, improving circulation, relieving pain, reducing stress and helping to treat various health problems. This method is used in some cultures to treat complaints such as headache, low back pain, muscle tension, migraine, back pain, rheumatism and fatigue.

There is no scientific consensus on the effectiveness and reliability of cupping practice. While it may be soothing for some people, it may be ineffective or even harmful for others. Risks associated with cupping may include infection, skin irritation, bruising, pain, and damage to veins. Therefore, caution should be exercised when using traditional treatment methods such as cupping and a healthcare professional should be consulted.

Leech Treatment

Leeches are various types of leech insects used for medical purposes, sucking blood and having anticoagulant and anesthetic effects with the saliva they release under the skin. In the medical literature, the use of leeches for therapeutic purposes is called "hirudotherapy".

Leeches have been used for medicinal purposes in various cultures for thousands of years. It is known that in Ancient Egyptian, Ancient Greek and Medieval European medicine, leeches were used for blood purification and in the treatment of a number of ailments such as skin diseases, headaches and joint inflammation.

The medical use of leeches has also been accepted by modern medicine in certain cases. It is still recommended by some practitioners, especially for conditions such as circulation problems, varicose veins, and arthritis. It is thought that the substances contained in the saliva secreted by leeches have anti-inflammatory and blood-thinning effects in the body.

However, there are some risks associated with the use of leeches. There may be side effects such as risk of infection, allergic reactions, excessive bleeding and permanent scars on the skin. Therefore, careful evaluation and under the supervision of a healthcare professional should be done before using leeches for therapeutic purposes. Additionally, current evidence for the use of leeches is limited and more research is needed on their effectiveness.
